of cementing well in site and the standard SY/T7084-2016. Simple structure, easy to fix, especially the quick
joint make sure the convenience of fix in site.

3.. Structure
It is consist of top cap, body, manifold, stop pin, quick joint ( Containing locking ring), seal rubber ring,
indicator. .
Installation Method
1.Take off top cap of cementing head, and put top and bottom cementing rubber plug into cementing head
and push both to the place of stop pin, and screw the top cover.
2. Screw the quick joint to top connecting collar with tong.
3. Use pneumatic hoist to hoist the cement head pipe body to the front and fast fitting joint and pry bar to
tighten the lockingring.
4. Fix manifold, and press the union ring.
5. Connect cementing manifold.
6. Adjust the place of rubber plug indicator.
7. Shut off top valve and middle valve, and screw all the stop pin.
8. After the circulation, shut off the bottom valve, and open the bottom stop pin and open the middle
valve to inject cement and observe the plug indicator is up or not.
9.After the injection of cement, shut off middle valve and open the top stop pin and top valve, inject water,
push the top plug and observe the indicator is up or not.
10,.Build the pressure to the finish of cementing well.
11.Pressure relief: unlink the quick union, unlink the quick joint with tong and smear oil to maintain.

1, , Make sure the thread is clean before screw, and smear sealing grease.
2, , Notice the sealing ring, smear grease, alignment and screw slow when fixing.
3, ,Tighten all the connection part to avoid leakage.
